Spring has Sprung

Spring in the southeast is beautiful (besides record high pollen levels and one day over 90 already). Here are a few tidbits (in the style of This Alberta Street Life - thanks).

-Wonderful Easter with the Thompsons in Virginia. I got to see all sorts of cousins (second, removed? who knows) and two dear friends living in DC!

-Street Soccer 945 attended the international match Mexico vs Iceland which brought out over 60,000 to BoA stadium. Charlotte leaned towards Mexico but they failed to covert their numerous chances into a win. The game ended in a 0-0 tie. The launch of the Royal Court Fan Club is going well. Let me know if you want to join. We had our first womens team practice last week. It was very exciting to get the ball rolling - hopefully we'll bring a womens team to the USA Cup.
-In an effort to celebrate Charlotte, I celebrated my birthday with some friends at an establishment owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr. and rode a mechanical bull. Yee haw!

-My age in dental years is both very young (still have baby teeth) and very old (receding gums). Under the knife for those gums put me briefly out of soccer commission but will soon be back. It's simply joyous to play soccer daily.

-If you missed my birthday and feel horribly bad, a snail mail letter will completely make up for it.

Lots of love to friends and fam far and wide.
